6/19/07 DRAFT Town of Ferrisburgh Land Use Regulations:

The Planning Commission is using the current zoning bylaws as the starting point for the zoning update.  However, the abandonned 2007 draft land use regulations are a useful reference for sample language such as updates to comply with the 2006 town plan, mandatory revisions due to changes in state law, and optional revisions permitted by changes to state law.  There is nothing binding about this draft; it is a compilation of suggestions for consideration by the Planning Commission (it is easier to consider a proposed change if one has some sample wording to review).
